Effective date: 10 October 2026. These terms apply to sellers on Quickselar, operated by Quick Selar Technologies Ltd. They work alongside the Buyer Terms, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Seller accounts and approval
Provide accurate contact, storefront and payout details and keep your account secure. Opening an account does not guarantee approval of a seller or product. Quickselar may review listings and request information relevant to ownership, safety or transaction verification. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without authority.
Rights and listing responsibilities
You must own each resource or have valid authority to sell and license it. You remain responsible for copyright, trademarks, third-party assets and any permissions your product requires. Stolen content, malware, unlawful material, misleading claims and products designed to compromise systems are prohibited.
Listings must accurately explain what the buyer receives, file formats, compatibility, limitations, support and licence rights. Identify whether personal use, commercial use or client work is allowed, plus attribution, seat/project limits, resale and redistribution restrictions. Where no licence is stated, Quickselar’s personal-use-only default applies. Do not promise rights you cannot grant.
Delivery, support and buyer information
Supply working, accessible download files that match the listing, and help buyers resolve product issues. Keep delivery files available for valid purchases and notify Quickselar before removing or materially changing a resource that affects existing orders. A later listing change must not retrospectively reduce the licence purchased by an earlier buyer.
Use buyer contact and order details only to fulfil purchases, provide support and meet applicable obligations. Do not sell buyer information or add buyers to unrelated marketing lists without permission. Keep bank, account and customer information private.
Commission and seller earnings
The current standard marketplace commission is 3% plus a fixed ₦100 per sale. It is calculated on the commissionable amount shown in the seller dashboard. For example, a commissionable sale of ₦10,000 gives a ₦400 marketplace commission (₦300 plus ₦100) and ₦9,600 before any separately applicable deductions. Refunds, chargebacks and payment-related adjustments can affect the final balance.
Any seller-specific rate or additional applicable charge must be disclosed before it applies. Commission changes apply prospectively with notice; the rate and transaction records shown for an order should be retained for reconciliation. Sellers remain responsible for their own tax obligations and accurate business records.
Holding period and withdrawals
Eligible earnings become available to withdraw 24 hours (one day) after the sale, and only completed-order earnings are currently eligible for withdrawal. This is when earnings can be requested, not a promise of when a payment reaches your bank. Disputed, refunded or suspicious transactions may remain unavailable while reviewed.
There is currently no minimum withdrawal amount. Withdrawals are requested through the seller dashboard and currently paid by bank transfer. A withdrawal charge of 12% of the amount withdrawn is deducted from each withdrawal; for example, withdrawing ₦10,000 pays out ₦8,800. Requests are reviewed and payment timing depends on approval, reconciliation and bank processing. Keep bank account details accurate and notify us of errors promptly.
Refunds, chargebacks and complaints
Cooperate with investigations of duplicate charges, inaccessible or corrupt files, and products materially different from their description. Quickselar reviews requests under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds and chargebacks may be deducted from the relevant earnings; amounts already paid out may need to be reconciled with you. We will explain the adjustment and allow you to raise a discrepancy.
Moderation, suspension and leaving
We may remove listings or restrict selling and withdrawals to address suspected fraud, intellectual-property complaints, safety concerns or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will state the reason and allow a response. If you leave the marketplace, contact us to arrange outstanding delivery, support and balance reconciliation. Leaving does not cancel obligations relating to existing orders.
Changes, responsibility and contact
We may update these terms and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Sellers remain responsible for the products and promises they supply; Quickselar remains responsible for its marketplace services. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nigerian law applies, subject to mandatory applicable protections.
