Effective date: 10 October 2026. Quickselar is operated by Quick Selar Technologies Ltd. This policy applies to digital resources purchased through Quickselar.
When we can help
Contact us if you were charged twice for the same purchase, cannot access the purchased resource, receive a corrupted or unusable file, or find that the product is materially different from its description. We review the order, listing and evidence and may arrange a working file, restore access or approve an appropriate refund. A duplicate payment can be refunded without cancelling your valid purchase.
Digital purchases and change of mind
Please review the product description, previews, file formats, software requirements and licence before paying. Because digital resources can be accessed immediately, changing your mind, not needing the product or overlooking a clearly disclosed compatibility requirement does not automatically qualify for a refund. Other requests are reviewed case by case. Downloading a file does not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How to request help or a refund
Email hello@quickselar.com using the email linked to your order. Include your order number, product name, the problem and any useful screenshots or payment reference. Report problems promptly so we can investigate. Do not send your card PIN, full card details, password or bank login information.
We may ask the seller to troubleshoot or supply the correct resource. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will explain the refund decision and any next step. Product-specific promises shown before purchase are considered alongside this policy. Sale or discounted items are assessed using the same defect and misdescription criteria.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where supported. Payment-provider and bank processing times vary; we will confirm when a refund is initiated. Contact us with the reference if the money has not arrived after the processing period communicated for your refund.
When a purchase is fully refunded, the associated download permission and licence may be withdrawn. You must stop using the refunded resource and remove copies, except where a different remedy is agreed or applicable law provides otherwise. A partial refund does not automatically cancel the entire purchase.
Unauthorised charges and disputes
If you suspect an unauthorised payment, notify your payment provider promptly and contact us so we can investigate. Keep relevant records. This policy does not prevent you from using lawful complaint or dispute procedures.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law. Quickselar and sellers must honour those rights. If you disagree with a decision, request a review at info@quickselar.com.
