Who is responsible for your information
Quickselar (https://quickselar.com) is operated by Quick Selar Technologies Ltd. We provide a marketplace where independent sellers offer digital resources and buyers manage purchases through their accounts. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@quickselar.com. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account, buying a product, contacting support, posting a review or applying to sell. This may include your name, email address, account details, order history, messages and reviews. Sellers also provide storefront information and the bank details needed to process withdrawals.
Our website and hosting services may record IP addresses, browser information, login activity, cart/session identifiers and download activity to operate the service, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. Do not upload unnecessary personal information or location metadata in public product images.
How and why we use information
We use account and order information to fulfil purchases, provide My Library access, deliver download links, answer questions and process seller earnings. We use relevant transaction and security information to prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. These activities rely on performing our agreement with you, legal obligations or legitimate interests where appropriate.
We send operational emails about accounts, password recovery, orders, downloads and seller transactions. If you permit checkout reminders, we may save your email and cart information and send a reminder when a checkout is not completed. You can stop reminders using the link in the email or by contacting us. Consent-based communications can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Payments and service providers
Paystack processes payments. Quickselar receives the transaction information needed to confirm payment, reconcile orders and handle disputes; payment details entered with Paystack are handled under Paystack’s own privacy notice. See Paystack’s Privacy Policy.
Our hosting and email providers process information needed to run the website, store records and deliver messages. Authorised administrators and service providers receive access appropriate to their responsibilities. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users or resolve a dispute.
Information shared with sellers and publicly
The seller of a purchased resource may receive the order and buyer contact information needed to fulfil the purchase and provide product support. Sellers must use it for those purposes and must not add buyers to unrelated marketing lists without permission. Storefront details, product listings and published reviews are visible to visitors. Do not include private information in a public review.
Cookies, analytics and embedded content
We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for login, carts, checkout and site preferences. Our store also notes which website or campaign link brought a visitor to an order, so we can see which marketing works. Browser controls let you remove or block cookies, but doing so can prevent account and checkout features from working.
With your permission, we also use analytics and marketing cookies to understand how people find and use Quickselar and to measure our marketing. On your first visit a banner asks you to accept or reject them, and you can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you reject them, or until you choose, these tools do not store analytics cookies on your device and session recordings stay off.
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google) to measure visits, traffic sources and purchases, and PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) for product analytics, such as which pages and products are viewed, what people search for and where checkout is left unfinished. With your permission, PostHog may record how pages are used in a session replay; what you type into forms and your account and order details are hidden from these recordings. These services do not receive your payment card details, and we do not sell personal information. They may process data outside Nigeria, as described under Retention and security.
If you choose to view embedded third-party content, that provider may collect information or set its own cookies according to its privacy notice.
Retention and security
We retain account and purchase records to maintain your account and library, handle support and disputes, and meet applicable accounting, tax and legal requirements. We review retention against those purposes. Closing an account does not always require deletion of transaction records that must be retained. Email delivery logs are currently configured to be deleted after 14 days. We retain abandoned-cart information only for follow-up, support and legitimate recordkeeping purposes, and review or erase it when it is no longer needed.
We use access controls and encrypted website and email transport to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account access. Our service providers may process information outside Nigeria; where applicable, we assess and apply safeguards required for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
You can update account details through My account. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing, or withdraw consent. Email info@quickselar.com with enough information for us to locate your records. We may verify your identity before acting and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil a request in full.
You may also raise a privacy complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Changes and contact
