Effective date: 10 October 2026. These terms apply to purchases and use of Quickselar, operated by Quick Selar Technologies Ltd. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Accounts and My Library
A Quickselar account is required to complete checkout. Use an email address you control and keep your login details secure. Returning buyers should log in to the same account before buying. Do not share accounts or impersonate another person.
After payment is confirmed and download permission is granted, eligible purchased resources appear in My Library and order emails. Pending or failed payments do not provide download access. Use the account associated with the order to retrieve purchases. Product-specific download limits or expiry dates, if any, apply and should be disclosed in the listing. Contact hello@quickselar.com if access is missing.
Listings, payment and delivery
Independent sellers supply the digital products listed on Quickselar. Review the description, previews, files included, compatibility requirements, licence and seller details before purchase. Prices and the final payable amount are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout, currently Paystack. Do not make off-platform payments to obtain Quickselar purchase protection or library delivery.
Download access depends on a confirmed order and available delivery files. We will help investigate unavailable, corrupted or incorrectly supplied resources. My Library provides access to eligible purchases; it does not promise unlimited downloads, lifetime file hosting or free future upgrades unless the product expressly includes them.
Resource licences: what you may use
Buying a digital resource gives you a licence to use it within the rights stated in the product listing; it does not transfer copyright or ownership. Sellers must identify personal use, commercial use, client work, attribution, seat/project limits and any other restrictions before purchase where relevant. Save the licence supplied with your order.
If no licence is stated, the default is a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal use. Commercial use, client delivery, resale, redistribution, sublicensing and sharing source/download files are not included in that default licence. A broader right applies only where the seller expressly grants it and has authority to do so.
Even where commercial use is permitted, reselling or distributing the original resource or a substantially similar downloadable product is prohibited unless the licence explicitly permits it. Do not claim the creator’s work as your own or use a resource unlawfully. Ask the seller or contact us before purchasing if the licence is unclear.
Refunds and support
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, including duplicate payments, inaccessible or corrupt files and material differences from the description. Other requests are considered case by case. Full refunds may end the download permission and licence for the refunded purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Reviews, prohibited conduct and intellectual property
Reviews must describe your genuine experience and must not contain threats, private personal information or knowingly false claims. Do not distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, misuse payment systems, infringe intellectual property rights or use the marketplace for unlawful activity. Rights complaints should identify the work, the listing involved and evidence of your authority.
Account restrictions and service changes
We may restrict an account or listing to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, infringement or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow you to respond. Restrictions do not remove valid refund or consumer rights. We may update services and these terms; material changes will receive an appropriate notice. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights agreed for an earlier purchase.
Responsibility and applicable law
Sellers remain responsible for their product descriptions, rights and support. Quickselar remains responsible for the marketplace services it provides. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nigerian law applies, subject to mandatory protections that may apply to you elsewhere. These terms do not require you to waive a lawful complaint or court process.
